Delivery Policy for Online Quran Classes

1. Overview

We are committed to providing you with a seamless and enriching learning experience. This Delivery Policy outlines the procedures and expectations for the delivery of our online Quran classes.

2. Class Schedule and Timing

• • Class Schedule: Classes will be scheduled based on mutual agreement between the instructor and the student. Please provide your preferred time slots, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

• • Time Zone: All class times are based on (GMT+5) , so please adjust accordingly if you are in a different time zone.

• • Punctuality: Both students and instructors are expected to be punctual. If a student is late, the class will still end at the scheduled time, and missed time cannot be made up unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Class Platform

• • Platform: Our classes are conducted via [Zoom/Google Meet/Skype/Other Platform]. You will receive a link to the class session in advance.

• • Technical Requirements: Students are required to have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a webcam. Please ensure that your device meets these requirements before the class begins.

4. Class Materials

• • Materials Provided: Any necessary materials, including Quranic texts and supplemental resources, will be shared electronically through email or the platform’s file-sharing feature.

• • Student Materials: Students are required to have their own copy of the Quran for reference during the classes.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a class, please provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to instructor availability.

• • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class, please notify us at least [24/48] hours in advance. Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the scheduled class may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the class fee.

• • Instructor Cancellation: In the rare event that an instructor needs to cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a makeup class will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

6. Attendance

• • Regular Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for continuous learning. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate being absent.

• • Makeup Classes: Makeup classes will be provided for absences due to valid reasons if notified in advance. Unplanned absences may not be eligible for makeup classes.

7. Payment and Fees

• • Payment: Payment details will be provided upon registration. Classes must be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged.

• • Refunds: Refunds are not typically provided for missed classes. However, in cases of exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.

8. Student Conduct

• • Respect and Etiquette: We expect all students to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor during class. Disruptive behavior or disrespect towards the instructor or fellow students will not be tolerated.

• • Privacy: Students must respect the privacy of the instructor and other participants. Recording or sharing class sessions without permission is prohibited.
