Refund Policy and Key Features

The Eid holidays are not refundable and are covered by the students' monthly expenses.
You can take make-up classes for the days you missed classes during the month, but there is no refund for missing classes.
If a student withdraws before the beginning of the month, QuranHost will reimburse the monthly fee for online Quran classes. However, if the student attended one session or skipped any without informing the administrator, the refund will not be considered once the classes have been confirmed.

Before the month begins, any student who wishes to stop classes must notify us via our office email. However, he must pay the entire monthly cost if he or she failed to notify before the month began.
Every Quran class package is time-based rather than course-based.
Payment is made on a monthly basis following the free trials.
If a student has notified us in advance, we can arrange make-up lessons; otherwise, there is no return for missing classes.
